The stakes of the mission
Our collaboration with Ecosystem began as they wanted to develop their use of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Until then, they had been using another Business Intelligence solution in tabular form, but one that didn’t allow them to make dashboards. Their aim was both to facilitate the exploitation of their data, and to standardize the BI solution across the company, with easier sharing of dashboards within teams.

Sileron supported Ecosystem closely, with a dedicated Business Intelligence consultant. We were able to contribute our expertise not only on SAP Analytics Cloud, but also on their data warehousing solution Business Warehouse (BW).
Among the dashboards created for this customer, we can cite the electrical and electronic equipment repair tracking dashboard, including equipment types, tracking of repairs requested, repairs validated, associated amounts…
Our support also included recommendations for improvements to their solution, regularly challenging their requests to meet their needs as closely as possible.
In the end, the teams saves up to 50 hours per person per year on building reports, and information is shared more easily within the company.
The implementation was carried out by Conseils-Plus, another entity within the group.
