The stakes of the mission
Since 2019, we have been assisting SRR in the support and maintenance of their SAP ERP ECC.
SRR was looking for a partner with both technical capabilities and a project management vision, but also a partner on a human scale to promote proximity, with dedicated referents for example.
As is the case for 1/3 of our customers, their ERP had been implemented by another integrator. Despite this, Sileron was able to flexibly take over the maintenance and support of the solution.
Sileron support
Initially, SRR only had the Finance module. One of Sileron’ first missions was to integrate the Purchasing and Sales modules.
We support our customer both in resolving anomalies and in upgrading projects, mainly for requests concerning the Purchasing, Sales and Finance modules.
SRR support represents:

+8 requests per month
The implementation was carried out by Conseils-Plus, another entity within the group.
