The stakes of the mission

Alpina Savoie, a long-standing player in the agri-food industry, wanted to modernize its aging SAP ECC system in order to benefit from an integrated and scalable cloud ERP.

The main objectives were:

  • to make production cost management more reliable using CO-PC, by closely monitoring materials, processing, and margins
  • to optimize inventory and logistics flow management via Warehouse Management, while strengthening batch traceability
  • to have a consolidated view of industrial and financial performance to support growth and competitiveness

Sileron support

Conseils-Plus supported Alpina Savoie in its migration to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public, based on SAP standards:

  • implementation of CO-PC processes for precise industrial cost management
  • modernization of warehouse management and logistics flows, with batch tracking and inventory optimization
  • consolidation of data for a real-time and reliable view of industrial and financial performance

This transformation has enabled Alpina Savoie to benefit from an integrated cloud ERP, combining cost control and logistics management, while laying the foundations for future development.

The implementation was carried out by Conseils-Plus, another entity within the group.
